Our Food Pantry Needs Your Help
The First Baptist Church food pantry is in need
of non-perishable food items!   The food pantry
serves 8-10 local families in need.  Each month
we have a different food item which we will ask
for, helping us to build up the supply of the
most in-demand items.

Our Sunday School Program meets weekly at
9:15 AM for all ages.

Nursery Care is provided during worship. The
children in third grade and under will be able
to leave for the nursery following the
Children's moment. We are always looking for
volunteers to help out in our nursery, if you
are interested please call the church office.

Our Mission Work at the Interfaith Luncheon
On the third Sunday of each month, we cook a
meal for between forty and eighty needy people
at St. Mark's Lutheran Church. It is a great
ministry and the people are so appreciative. We
are always looking for help with set up and
serving. If you are interesting in giving us a
hand, please speak to Cynthia Strouse.

  Camp Wightman Pasta    
            to March 8
Join us after church Sunday,
March 8, as our Camp
Wightman youth prepare and
serve a pasta luncheon.  Campers
will also be speaking about their
experiences at the camp.  Tickets
are $5.  If you can help with
donations of food or beverages,
please contact Pastor Sam.

            Easter Flowers
Each year members of the
congregation purchase spring
flowers to beautify our sanctuary
for Easter morning.  Please use
the Sunday bulletin insert for
ordering flowers.  
All orders are
due  in to the church office by
Sunday, March 15.
 Please make
checks payable to First Baptist
Church and note "Easter
Flowers" on the memo line.  
Orders may be placed in the
offering plate or in the Flower
Committee mailbox outside the
